ORDERING

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address the order was placed under. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Klarna. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer/Deposit for Nigerian Naira ONLY.

SHIPPING RATES & TIME

All House of Adin deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.

For the UK, all merchandise is dispatched within 3 business days and arrives within a further 1 -2 business days.

For international deliveries, all merchandise is dispatched within 3 business days and arrives within a further 2 - 4 business days.

House of Adin offers free UK shipping on orders £75 and over, and free international shipping on orders £150 and over. 

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your item and a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@houseofadin.com

CUSTOMS

We cover US customs fees to the United States of America. For all other countries, we advise our customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and House of Adin is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
