RETURNS

We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you’ve got 14 days to request a return and 30 days to get this back to us from the date your order is delivered. 

All returns must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for return. You are responsible for your own return process and any fees incurred during this process.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (without signs of wear and with all tags, packaging, and dust bags, included.) Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of House of Adin.

Due to hygiene-related reasons, earrings may not be returned.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges, all ordered items will need to be returned and another order made for the item you wish to replace it with.
